This center was established in September 2020 with the aim of creating and developing a new research and academic field integrating medical Big Data, including genomic data, artificial intelligence (AI), data science, and computational science, as well as to promote the healthy long life expectancy society model by returning the outcomes of research to society, and using these to realize an ultra-smart healthcare system in the super-aging society and sustainable community health ecosystems. This academic research center was established to strengthen this strong research field through the focused investment of human resources and budget by Kanazawa University.
